  • A Support and Maintenance agreement with Spyker Business Solutions is like having your own employed staff on standby when you need them.
  • Maximise use from your investment by dealing with the same vendor and not having to hear that you need to pay for things you have already paid for.

Cost Models:

 

Time and Material

Time and Material is the simplest way to engage Spyker Business Solutions to supply or resolve your IT and CCTV problems or requirements. Whilst it is not the most affordable and most effective option, Spyker staff will respond to your request with minimum delay.  Most of our customers first engage us on this basis.

Rates:

Description Rate Note
 Standard Labour  $ 110.00 / hour  Office hours. Time and a half for after hours
 Labour Working at Heights  $ 140.00 / hour  Office hours. Time and a half for after hours.
 Travel  $ 90.00 / hour  Or part there of, 15 min blocks

Retainer

Retainer means the customer pays us a certain amount, based on each environment and requirement, and the customer receives all the above benefits but pay us for Time and Material when we respond to a request.

Full Maintenance Agreement

Full Maintenance Agreement means the customer pays us a certain amount, based on each environment and requirement, and the customer receives all the above benefits and pay no more for any Time spent or Material used to restore failed equipment to a similar or better condition than what it was before the problem occurred.

Block Agreement

Block Agreement means the customer pays us for a certain number of hours per month to secure all the abaove benefits but pay us for Material only when we respond to a request. Time worked and travelled is covered based on the number of Block-hours purchased.
